Panels are about 23" wide x 14" tall from base of belly to top of collarbone. Other Panel measures about 22" x 18" tall. When flared out,(like it was one a person) it measures about 15" wide by 15" thick from front to back- so it can fit a pretty large person. There is a little bit of stretch in the side straps and it can adjust a little bit tighter. The soft armor panels have exceeded the time frame on their manufacturers warranty. I cannot confirm anything beyond that since obviously I have not tested them. Used, good condition. Sold as is as pictured. You are buying the EXACT one pictured.
