This is a pair of front & rear ballistic panels from a seldom worn Point Blank / Protective Products (PPE) Hornet SWAT vest.  These are definitely larger than a typical concealable vest.  We have many vests like this in different sizes so please check out our other auctions as well.  This auction does not include any carrier - only the matched set of front/rear ballistic panels.
We have numerous vests like these in all different sizes.  Photo is a stock photo of what the vest looks like.  The vest in this auction may have different proportions of front & back measurements which are described in this auction.

First set of measurements is the front panel and second set of measurements is the rear panel.  Example AxB / CxD; A is front width, B is front length, C is back width and D is back length.
