The Ultra Light series offers the highest performance among any ballistic plates on the market. It's made from silicon carbide (SiC) ceramics that are harder and lighter than alumina ceramics. The Multi Curve model has a honeycomb mosaic patter covering 9x11.5". 
All together, Multi-Curve Ultra Light Level IV plates weigh in at mere 6 lbs vs 8.5 lbs that our competitors offer. These provide the similar performance as top plates at less than 1/2 the price.
