Custom orders will be delayed if you do not contact us with the information needed to complete your order. Most customer orders are fulfilled within 1-5 business days. If we do not hear from you or you do not respond to our message, we will have to cancel and refund your order. Please note that custom patches, name tapes and dog tags are limited to 15 characters per line of text.
We do not provide returns on custom patches unless it was a mistake on our part so if you have any questions about color/size, please contact us.

2. Provide any special instructions.
3. Allow us time. Our custom items take 3-7 business days to produce.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. You should expect to receive your refund within a few days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
