When using in IR Illuminator mode your flashlight will be able to be seen with night vision without being detected by others without night vision. If you own night vision, this is a must have.
The head of the flashlight moves in different angles and a sturdy clip attachment is for belts or helmets. All flashlights are tested and operating in good order and may include small amounts of dirt, scratches, or sand from prior use and does not compromise usage.
