Absolutely NO returns. Most items in my shop are BRAND NEW. If they are used, the description will be stated as USED. The USED items are sold as working, so if you can't figure out how to hook it up or hook it up wrong and/or mess it up, it's your problem. I've gotten screwed over by people returning stuff that they've messed up, so NO returns.
