Custom orders will be delayed if you do not contact us with the information needed to complete your order. Most customer orders are fulfilled within 1-5 business days. Please note that custom patches, name tapes and dog tags are limited to 15 characters per line of text.
We do not provide returns on custom patches unless it was a mistake on our part so if you have any questions about color/size, please contact us.

CUSTOMIZATION DIRECTIONS:
When ordering, please make sure you select the correct size, backing and background color to meet your needs and that you check your spelling. Lettering will be in ALL CAPS no matter how the text was input. Depending on the text entered, we may need to adjust spacing, alignment or number of lines. We will do our best to e-mail you if any significant changes are needed. 
We do not take returns on custom items unless it was an error on our part. Shipping Returns Payment Your order will be shipped in 1-2 business days via First Class USPS Mail or Priority Mail. We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, eBay will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, however custom orders may take longer. We do offer combined shipping. In order to receive combined shipping, please add the quantities to your cart and commit to buy, but do not pay. Instead request an invoice from us so we can combine for you. You should expect to receive your refund within a few days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
